Shiatsu:
A Shiatsu session consists in a series of pressure along the whole body. Using the finger tips, the palms, the elbows or/and the knees, we press the channels through wich our Qi (see the link) runs. When this energy is blocked, we feel sick, and if these blockages remain, sometimes a serious illness can occur. This is the reason why we say that Shiatzu is a preventive treatment, as well as a healing therapy. Deep Tissue massage: it reaches the deepest muscle tissues, helping to relax all tensions. Chinese Massage: like Shiatsu, is based on points pressure to release tension and to stimulate the same points that are treated by acupuncture.
Cupping: cups on the back make vacuum and it improves the blood and lympha circulation and helps to release muscle tension. Moxibustion: heating the points is a way to improve the balance of the organs that can be affected by stress, tension and bad living habits like smoking and drinking. Ear acupressure: the treatment equals an acupuncture session, treating points located in the ears to heal many kind of diseases. Without needles.
Lymphatic drainage: a gentle massage. It aims to encourage movement of lymph away from swollen areas. Reflexology: massage on the feet, treating all the body through the zones and reflex areas that reflect the whole body on the feet and/or hands.

Shiatsu: consiste en aplicar presiones a lo largo de los meridianos de energia del cuerpo, liberando las tensiones y generando vitalidad. Tejido profundo: este masaje alcanza la profundidad de los tejidos musculares ayudando a relajarse. Masaje Chino: al igual que el Shiatsu, se basa en presiones de los meridianos y los puntos de acupuntura, relajando y tratando posibles bloqueos o desequilibrios que generan las enfermedades.
